Message from Our Coordinator

Welcome to Liberty Adult Education (LAE)

We are very optimistic that school year 2020-2021 will be positive and full of new educational opportunities to advance your education and enrich your life while staying safe and healthy. The health and safety of our staff, students, and community is our biggest concern. As the situation with COVID-19 evolves, we will closely monitor the guidance of local Public Health Authorities and the Liberty Union High School District.  It is important to note, COVID-19 is a fluid situation that continuously provides new facts, which will require to us adjust accordingly. We are taking the necessary precautions to protect your health and safety when returning to our school campus and we urge everyone to follow guidelines and protocols set forth by the Liberty Union High School District.

We are now offering several distance-learning classes. Check out pages 16-18 for more information. Our High School Diploma and High School Equivalency programs are offering a distance learning class and our ESL classes will be offered in a hybrid format.

Our Career Center is excited to announce the addition of the Career Center’s new Website! This website offers Distance Learning in a variety of employment readiness recorded workshops that will help you to write your resume, prepare for interviews and a host of other trainings to accompany employment readiness preparation.

LAE is “Student-Centered” and has an amazing team of administrators, teachers and staff to help you achieve your goals. This is an unprecedented situation for all of us, and many of you are experiencing stress and financial hardship. LAE and our amazing community partners offer assistance and guidance to those in need.  As a community, we are incredibly resilient.  “Together”, we will get through this and do our part to help slow the spread of this COVID-19 pandemic and help those facing various hardships.

We sincerely appreciate your support. Please feel free to us for more information regarding our services.

We value and depend on the opinions and suggestions of students and community members. We invite you to become involved in our self-study by filling out the brief community survey on our website.
